1. Customer account

How to create my account?
To create your account on Poetic Tribes e-shop, click on the ‘Account’ button on the top right, then “Sign Up”. Enter your email address. Fill in other details in the required fields.
How to change my account?

To change your password, or your billing or delivery information, click on “Account” and log in. Then, you can change your personal data.

I forgot my password, how can I log in?

When log in, click on « Forgot your password ». Type in the email address that you used to sign in. You will receive an email that will help you to reset your password. Please check your spam.

How can I subscribe to newsletters?

To receive our newsletters, type in your email address on the bottom left of the page. You will be kept in touch with our exclusive offers.

How to unsubscribe from Poetic Tribes newsletters?

You can unsubscribe to newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link, at the bottom of the news. You can also do it in your account. If you no longer wish to receive Poetic Tribes newsletters, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters. You can also unselect the subscription on your account.

How is the personal information from my account used?
  • to manage your registration as a user of our website if you wish to use our services;
  • to identify you as a website user and allow you to access various features and personalised services;
  • to fulfil the sale contract between us along all its steps like mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as provide you with access to the after-sales service;
  • to allow us to prevent possible fraud against you and against us when a purchase is made, enabling us to block the transaction;
  • to reply any requests you made to our Customer Service;
  • to improve our services as your browsing and purchasing datas are processed for analysis and statistical purposes through providing us with a better understanding of the way you use our website allowing us improving the usability and quality of our services;
  • to manage your subscription to our Newsletter;
  • to send you targeted information by email if you subscribe to our Newsletter (you can unsubscribe any time you want);
  • to share with you any relevant informations regarding us (events, products, current offers) if you consent to receive direct marketing content.

2. Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse on categories. You can also search for a precise product. Select the products you want to buy by clicking on ‘Add to cart’. You can then check your cart, and click on ‘Order’.

How long before my order is shipped?

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been validated. All the orders are shipped with 48h hours, from Monday to Friday (unless other information when confirming your order). You will be informed by email of the shipping of your order. You can also follow the status of your order from your account.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order is shipped with a tracking number. You can then track your order on the carrier website. If you don’t receive your order within 5 – 8 days following the shipping, please contact us: [email protected]

What should I do if my order is returned to the sender?

If your order is returned to the sender, you will be automatically partially refunded as the return is at your costs.. Refund will be done within 30 days upon receipt of your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been prepared by our warehouse. It will be taken into account the day you inform us by email at [email protected]. However, we can not change an order once it is confirmed. But we can cancel it so you can pass it again.

3. Payment

How can I pay?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. No Stripe account is required. Stripe lets you enter your financial data (e.g. Visa, MasterCard,…) and proceeds to the payment. Stripe allow you to pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard, SEPA Direct debit, Multibanco, Bancontact, Sofort and Allipay.

Is the payment system secure?

Stripe is secure. You can find further information on Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy.

My promotional code is not working, what should I do?

Check the expiration date of your promotional code. The code is case sensitive, and take care of not adding a blank space. You can also clear the cache of your browser. If your code is working, a message will pop up to inform you that the discount has been made. Codes can not be combined. If you need help, please contact us: [email protected]

4. Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to? And what are the prices? How long does it take to be delivered?

Hereunder, by country, the delivery delays for shipping, as well as indicative and estimated prices in case of returns

All the orders are shipped within 48h hours, from Monday to Friday (unless other information when confirming your order).

Portugal, Europe : 1-3 days
World : 1-5 days

Customs taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery. These taxes are charged to the customer.

What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The parcel is delivered at your home. We have chosen to deliver with Chronopost Predict. With this service you will be informed by sms or email of the delivery and may change the delivery date if it does not suit you. Detailed informations are available on Chronopost.

What should I do if don’t get my order ?

Contact us by email immediately in order for us to manage any issue with the company delivering your order. Please also see under “Return and Refund” below.
Please note that if your order is send back to us, the return is at your own costs and you will be refunded partially.

What if my product is damaged or if I have not received the ordered product?

In this case, please contact Poetic Tribes Customer Service at [email protected] before returning the item for instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refund and return

How do I return a product and how long do I have?

The Product(s) is eligible for exchange only regarding the size or color. It is not possible to exchange for another product or a product with a different price.

The Customer has up to fourteen (14) days after delivery to return or exchange the product(s). The product(s) should be in perfect state, and in its original packaging with all accessories among which the label, the flyer and the pouch.

To return the product(s), the Customer must access to the Customer Account and proceed as mentioned below:

  • Go to « My account»
  • Click on « Orders», select the order and and then “View”
  • On the page, select the product(s) to return then go down and click on « Refund my entire order »
  • Fill in the reason(s) for returning the products and click on  « Submit »
  • The request is registered and the status can be seen in « My refund requests»
  • You wil receive an e-mail confirming that your requested has been successfully submitted.

The costs of returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer. The return is at the risk of the Customer, who is free to choose the shipping method.

Poetrydrops suggests that the Customer return his products by means of a follow-up shipment with additional insurance, guaranteeing him, if necessary, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss of this merchandise.

The returns costs are at your own expense.

How do I get my money back?

Your refund will be made via Stripe within 30 days from the date of return of the package.

6. Technical issues

I didn’t receive your order confirmation and shipping emails.

These emails can be found in your “junk” email or your “spam” folder in your email.

I can’t make my payment, what should I do?

If your payment does not pass, check that your card numbers or expiry date are not incorrect. Check with your bank that the payment is not blocked. Please note that we are only using Stripe Services. We suggest to contact Stripe Customer Service first. Our customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to help you.
